Delete your data
You can remove PhygitAlm's access to your accounts and ask us to delete your data at any time.
1. Remove PhygitAlm from Facebook or Instagram
- In PhygitAlm, go to Settings → Connectors, choose the Facebook Page or Instagram account and press Disconnect. We delete its access token at once and its details within 30 days.
- Or, in Facebook, go to Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find PhygitAlm and press Remove. Facebook tells us, and we delete the data we received from Facebook for that account within 30 days. You can check the status of that request at the link Facebook shows you.
2. WhatsApp messages
- To stop messages from a business, reply STOP to its WhatsApp message. You are marked "Don't contact" for that business at once and get no more messages from it through PhygitAlm. You can also block the business in WhatsApp.
- To have your number and its message history deleted, ask the business that messaged you, or email contact@phygitalm.com with your mobile number and the business's name. We pass your request on and confirm by email; it is deleted within 30 days.
- Businesses: in PhygitAlm, go to Settings → Connectors and press Disconnect on WhatsApp Business, or remove PhygitAlm from your WhatsApp Business account in Meta Business Suite. We delete the access token at once and the WhatsApp account details within 30 days.
3. Delete your PhygitAlm account
- Team members: ask your company's Administrator to remove you (Settings → Users), or email us.
- Administrators: to delete your whole company and everything in it, email contact@phygitalm.com from your account's email address, or raise a ticket from Need support? in the app, with the subject "Delete my data".
We confirm the request by email, then delete your account, content, contacts and connected accounts within 30 days. Backups are deleted within a further 90 days. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
4. Contacts of our customers
If a company used PhygitAlm to email, call or WhatsApp you, ask that company to delete your details, or email contact@phygitalm.com and we will pass your request on.
